I recently stayed at the charming Alpenhotel Brennerbascht for a few nights during my visit to Berchtesgaden. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive away from the town. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had private bathrooms. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, where the breakfast girls wore traditional Bavarian dirndls, adding a touch of culture and beauty to the experience. The hotel's Bavarian design, with flowers in the window ledges, added to its charm.
Can recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, there was a huge variety of fresh foods. The location was perfect, close to the train station and bus stops. We also appreciated the warm blankets on the comfy bed.
Our room was basic and poorly maintained, the toilet seat was wobbly and there was no bulb in the bedside light. The door handle to the outside area was broken and the bench and table were in poor condition.
